At LivePilesFree.com, we value your trust and satisfaction. All Ayuracure Ayurvedic and herbal products are carefully formulated and packed to ensure the best quality. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help resolve it quickly and fairly.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@livepilesfree.com or WhatsApp +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.
- Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and share the return instructions.
Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped securely to prevent damage. Returned items should reach us within 10 days from approval.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method (bank, card, or UPI). Return shipping charges may be deducted if applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or payment account again. Then contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@livepilesfree.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same product, email support@livepilesfree.com and send your product to: Ayuracure Wellness, [Insert full business address here], India.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used Ayurvedic and health supplements.
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events.
- Free gifts or samples.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email us at support@livepilesfree.com with your Order ID and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, ship it to: Ayuracure Wellness, [Insert Address with City & PIN Code], India.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
